FAQ

How far in advance should I book the cars?

Bookings for the cars should be made as soon as is possible to avoid disappointment, as the beautiful south coast is a premier wedding destination.

How do we secure a booking?

A deposit of fifty percent (50%) is to be made payable on acceptance and signing of the agreement. The balance is to be paid no later than ten (10) working days prior to the wedding date.

How long do I need to book the wedding cars for?

We have a minimum of 3 ½ hour packages. If you require a longer hire period this can be accommodated.

What time do I need to leave for the ceremony?

Depending on the photographer, you will normally have photos taken getting into the cars with family and bridal party.

You will proceed to the ceremony, this is a time for you to relax and enjoy with your loved one who is giving you away. Also time to collect yourself so that you arrive calm, collected and radiant. Now you are ready for a few more photos before your grand entrance.

** It may be tradition to arrive late, but there may be a wedding after yours and you don’t want your service to be rushed**

Depending on your location we will allow between half to an hour.

Do you have a price list?

Please fill in our enquiry form, with all the relevant details so we can give you an accurate costing.

Your quote will be based on the information received at the time of quoting.

We realise that you may not have all the relevant information at that time. Photo shoot locations may change .

As our rates are based on time, changes may vary your quote.

We will call you for final detail confirmation the week before.

Are there inclusions with the hire cars?

The cars are beautifully detailed, with white ribbons (unless otherwise requested)

Your service of three and a half hours include pre wedding photos, church photos,

photo shoot locations followed by your final destination, your reception.

An appropriately attired chauffeur, will serve your champagne.

Champagne, (non alcoholic on request) and water are complimentary.

Your chauffeur will look after you! We have black golf umbrella’s for great protection from the elements.

In our endeavor to make your day run smoothly, we will have sufficient umbrella’s for all of your bridal party.

**You may like to have a few photo locations that can accommodate you if it rains. Your photographer may have already spoken to you regarding this, and have alternate locations that you are happy with**

Can we smoke, drink or eat in the vehicles?

Alcohol and smoking are not permitted in the vehicles. (Transport Authority Regulations and OH&S regulations). We do not allow food into the vehicles, as accidents can happen and spoil a beautiful gown.
